All entries are the property of the sponsors and no entries will be acknowledged or returned.

6. WINNER. One winner per prize will be selected in an electronically randomized manner at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on the first day following the three-month promotion period. Should a winner not accept the prize – or should the selected person not meet eligibility requirements – an alternate winner will be randomly selected. If the judges determine at their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. 8. REDEMPTION. The sponsors or the manufacturer of the prize will deliver the prize by common carrier at the expense of the winners to the address on the winning entry. In the event that delivery cannot be affected by common carrier, prizes may be delivered to local dealer of the prize and winner must pick up their prize from such dealer. ). All prize winners are responsible for all applicable state, provincial or federal taxes. Additionally, in the US, in order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to pass a NICS background check that will be performed at his or her local firearms retailer that holds a valid Federal Firearms License. Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the prize and an alternate prize winner will be selected.
